Blessing & The Curse and bassist Darren Robinson have decided to part ways.  That said, we've still got 2 shows booked coming up this month and in May in Austin, TX!

We're very excited to announce that filling in on Bass for these next couple of shows is a close friend, like a brother to us, Cody Tubbs. 

Cody Tubbs layed down the bass you hear on our the album "Just Like You" you hear on this page, and is more than qualified to fill in while we find a permanent replacement.  We couldn't be happier to be working with Cody again and we're really excited for you to be able to see him in action!

Well, shit is about to get out of hand in Austin, TX due to the granddaddy festival of them all rolling through, oh I don't know just a little thing called SXSW...

SXSW is like being in a candy store full of awesome, that's the size of an entire city.  Bands and industry folks will be taking over downtown Austin, and we can't wait for the craziness to go down this year.

Blessing & The Curse will be right in the thick of the madness, playing an Unofficial stage for SXKB ( South by Key Bar ) at the Key Bar on West 6th Street Friday, March 16th at 6pm!

Blessing & The Curse is very proud to announce we will be opening the Lucas Cook "Toe Tapper" CD Release show at The Sahara Lounge in Austin, TX on Friday March 2nd, 2012!

Lucas Cook is an old friend of ours and one hell of a musician.  We are really stoked to have been invited to open this show for this momentous occasion in his career.  The Show is only $5 as the door and is going to be awesome, no doubt, and guaranteed.

Blessing & The Curse is happy to announce we will be making our first trip in to the Alamo City - San Antonio, TX to play at the venerable White Rabbit of the historic downtown district.

This is going to be a huge show, lots of bands, and CHEAP cover charge.  $3 gets you in to see more than 10+ Bands.  The Beers are cheap and plentiful, and Blessing & The Curse will be on tap with new music.  This is going to be an awesome show and an awesome night, we can't wait!

We're happy to report that our first two shows in January, have been asskickers!  We had a great time at Headhunters and Red Eyed Fly and we've already picked up a ton more SHOWS for you to get you some Blessing & The Curse LIVE in 2012.
